I cannot log into the platform using Facebook / Google.

To log into the platform using Facebook or Google, you had to use the registration method using one of these platforms. You probably registered with your email. If you have forgotten the password that you provided during registration, click on the password recovery button. Check your mail. Follow the instructions to recover your password.

I want to be able to log in using google / facebook.

In the profile settings, click on the google / facebook button. Confirm that you are the owner of the account. The system will further allow you to log in using Google, Facebook or an email of your choice.

Jika karena alasan obyektif anda tidak punya waktu untuk memeriksa pekerjaan siswan lain dalam waktu 7 hari , maka anda tidak dapat memeriksa pekerjaan tersebut . Dalam hal ini , pekerjaan anda akan pergi ke siswa lain untuk verifikasi

Ketika Anda dapat mulai memeriksa, Anda dapat mengambil pekerjaan lain untuk ditinjau. Untuk melakukan ini, buka bagian "Checkout" - lalu "Terlambat" dan konfirmasikan bahwa Anda ingin mengambil pekerjaan untuk diperiksa (klik tombol "Siap untuk diperiksa"). Bagaimana cara mendapatkan sertifikat setelah menyelesaikan kursus?

Anda bisa mendapatkan sertifikat di platform ketika Anda benar-benar lulus kursus (DZ, KR, FE) dan memeriksa pekerjaan siswa lain.

Dalam 1 bulan setelah menyelesaikan kursus, Anda akan menerima pemberitahuan:

- melalui email
- ke platform (status kursus akan berubah menjadi "Sertifikat", dan di dalam kursus, di bawah daftar pelajaran, akan ada tombol untuk mengunduh sertifikat dan surat resmi).
